NIGHTMARE ON MAIN STREET BOOKED AT LADY LUCK...NOPE..SENT TO HORSESHOE...BROKEN ELEVATORS...THEY AUTO STOPPED ON EVERY FLOOR(2 OUT OF 4 OUT)...THEY PUT ME IN ROOM 827...MY ONE WALL SHARED THE ELEVATOR SHAFT(S)..2 NIGHTS, ZERO SLEEP...NO LIGHTS IN BATHROOM..THE WHOLE TIME. UNACCEPTABLE...SOMEBODY OWES ME BIG..DID I MENTION I'M DISABLED? IT TOOK AN HOUR TO GET TO MY ROOM WITH THE VALET CART..NO ONE EVEN OFFERED HELP..A TOTAL NIGHTMARE....I COULD GO ON AND ON.... It was a place to sleep When checking out, one kiosk was broken, the other wasn’t taking driver’s licenses and there was no one at the front desk within typical working hours

Not a good time at all as far as the room was concerned. The window in our room was painted and when I tried to open it for some nice mountain air that I enjoy so much the window fell on my hand because it didn’t stay open. It was not mounted to the frame it would have fallen out completely if I hadn’t noticed it was not secure I didn’t feel safe because of the scaffolding that was right outside my window and the fact that my window did not lock at all gave anyone on that level a opportunity without any kind of security or o... read more

Not the best experience The window to our room was covered due to construction, which we were never informed about. The room has no refreshments except for two small water bottles that tasted like they were there for a while and never changed, no other refreshments in the bar fridge. Housekeeping and reception leave early, so if you need anything, good luck. Front desk staff when we checked in were very professional and welcoming.

Nasty The room was a mess, the building heat ran all night and kept it at 80° the entire night. The hallway has used condom and a empty baggie of drugs in the main hallway on the 6th floor. The toilet had poop dried on the toilet seat.
