It was a terrible experience. I put four rooms on hold and only two were held. Did not stay. Nothing. My spouse was assaulted by the security guards that were staffed. We did not get to stay at the hotel and had to drive back home at 3/4 in the morning after only being there since 11:00pm. Nothing. My spouse was assaulted by the security guards that were staffed.

Fair The front desk gave us a key to a room that already had a person staying there , they got scared (with good reason) as our key card opened their room and made us all have a bad experience.

Indifferent customer service Early check in fee taken and then power went out and the toilet overflowed sewage all over the floor. Took 3 hours for them to check us into a new room. Was told resort fee and early check in fee would be waived. No resolution as of yet

Lack of staff and not friendly. Will not stay again! The reservation was incorrect after speaking with a representative to ensure it was accurate. Ordered room service with a status of still in progress upon check out and it charged my card without receiving what was ordered. The front desk staff said they cannot help with the issue and must call hospitality on Monday, post our stay. Staff was limited and very hard to reach and actually unable to reach post check in. Where's my refund I-19 hwy closed due to bad snowstorm I called the property and rendered me to booking.com to get refund if I do get refund for not staying then of course I will be happy and you will get a 5* rating as of yet no refund 3/19. Where is my refund booking and lady luck
