Was charged $179 + tax for an altogether different place for 1 Night. I request a refund from Booking. See above. Stayed at Horsehoe Casino as Lady Luck had no rooms because of flooding. Property was walking distance to other casinos.

Fair I did not get any sleep ! There was a screeching sound all night long every 10 or 20 minutes, consistently! Then I did not get my 75.00 dollar deposit back! Or a receipt! I was told that I would get my 75 .00 deposit back when I cked out,not that you would be charging me for extras accomities, or whatever they are called. Out of the deposit. I was charged a whole different amount when I ck ou, and then I was told when I cked in. I had called 3 times to get receipt of my charges and to email one to me never received one.

Bad We walked in and it smelled like dogs had been in there, refrigerator smelled really awful, there was no heat, no blankets, took 6 calls and half the night to get moved to a different room!! The pic is me wearing my jacket to stay a little warm!

Will stay at a different casino hotel next time. Don’t recommend sadly. Human hairs on pillows, the bathroom sink drain was broken, the window doesn’t stay open, the rooms were very hot and stuffy even with the AC on full blast (very old system), the bed was as hard as a board and very uncomfortable to sleep on; Only given 3 pillows between 2 guests and had to replace one that had human hairs all over it. Central location to most casinos.

I do not think we will be back The carpet should not crunch when you walk on it. The first room had a hole in the shower, about 1.5 feet of wallpaper was missing, and the drywall was covered with black mold. We had to change rooms. we were not able to get breakfast before 9:00am, except Starbucks. Not what we expect for a Casino, we ended up leaving early and driving back to Palmer Lake to get food.
