Room was freezing, tv channels were basic & movies were $20 unacceptable Staff not helpful, New Years celebration was not what they advertised, room expensive for holiday & no benefits to patrons. Location

Probably won’t stay there again. Was not able to control the room temperature. The bed didn’t have a blanket. It was very loud.

Fair I got charged twice for a deposit on the same room no house keeping

Bad No Hot Water There was housekeeping trying to get in the room before 9am The front desk showed no care in the world about the housekeeping and us not being able to take a shower

I won't stay here ever again. We were charged an extra $75 and not told this upfront. Didn't have any blankets. The man who checked me in was rude and horrible people person.
