The cleaning staff was fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was way to HOT. Could not control heat. Shut heat off and room remained hot.

There is no staff at time of check in. Really?.. at a casino? Room was clean but dated and needed a blanket. No extra blanket in room... and no one at front desk to request. Will not return.
Check in was a little challenging. No one worked the desk at the hotel. You have to walk down to the casino and back to where they check you in. Not very good directions of what a person needs to do.
$250+ a night, and they are so greedy they charge you for an early check in lmao
We rented two rooms. One safe in the room did not work. The fridges barely keep anything cold. There was food left in the fridge. There is only one working ice machine on the 9th floor. The air conditioning barely worked. The check out kiosk did not work. Made us walk to another casino to check out.
Door to bathroom squeaks loudly when closing - not good at night as it woke up my wife. Toilet paper holder in bathroom is loose and falls off. Basic maintenance is needed.
