Worn down and tired. Bulbs broken in bathroom. Dispensers of soap etc empty. Paper thin walls between rooms. Smell of cigarettes and pot in hallways. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in room. Staff not very friendly, helpful or service minded. Check-in took 1,5 hours, maybe because by Expedia as well.

Resort fees have cost you a customer for life. Booked through Expedia. Upon check-in, more fees! Not good!!!

Put on your walking shoes The room was adequate but the walkway going to and from the casinos was tedious so much wasted space

Self check in booth is terrible and the walk over to Horseshoe Casino is ridiculous.

I only liked the price for the room. There was trash on the floor in the room from the previous tenant. Several areas smelled of mold. We weren't informed that we need to use our room key to make the elevator go to our floor.

We liked being able to park close to where the hotel check-in was. We liked how the Casinos were close & appreciated the escalators. What we did NOT like was that our hotel room was tooo warm - the air conditioning wasn't working. My sister-in-law thought she could tolerate it but she was up & down all night miserable. Not good.
