The AC did not work there was only one little trashcan in the bathroom nowhere else in the room there was only half a roll of toilet paper and I couldn’t find nobody to get more toilet paper once we run out or Kleenex The ice machine did not work on the floor

loud Lady Luck It was clean and staff very nice. Rooms are VERY loud. You can hear neighbor sneezing and using the rest room. You can hear toilets flush around you.

Hotel room was perfect, so clean, and the bathroom is something I would want at home!!

Hotel and casino took precautions for covid and I appreciated the cleanliness and required masks. The room was nice. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you basically had to pay $20 to watch anything on the TV including the “Recent Hit” Pretty Woman lol. Couldn’t even put on music without added expense. Please consider some free options. I wanted to put on something in the background while getting ready and had to settle for music from my phone.
