The room they updated is to was dirty. The hotel rooms are very outdated and the air conditioning doesn't work very well in the room.
Fix the hot water The water for the shower was barely lukewarm after letting the water run for 5 minutes. Not a pleasant experience to not get a hot shower. Otherwise, the hotel was great and I would definitely stay there again ...just fix your hot water, please!
my room was super dirty and staff was extremely rude.
The parking garage was difficult to navigate. Having no one at front desk to checkout was inconvenient. I was not the only person walking around the hallway trying to negoiate the space between the two elevators.
My room had no hot water!! Im not impressed at all with your motel!
Nice but The room was fine ,clean and well appointed .The desk did ask if we wanted to be near the elevators or not , we kind of thought that odd ,untill we were getting ready for bed and heard the noises. It sounded like a cat scream or young kids fighting.turns out every time the elevator went up rubber rollers somewhere screached to a stop so between 2and10 times an hour till 1 am or so .... .We're kind of used to it with kids at home and for the 1 night lived with it . The room was very dirty. The floor had trash and used, dirty towels were still hanging from the shower curtain. When I asked for a clean room the staff acted like I was lying, offered me two new towels, and said there was nothing else they could/would do for me.
Upon checking in were hit with extra frivolous charges in addition to deposit. Heat didn't work no matter the settings and heard the same from another patron. TV..few channels and an ad for pay per view every third line on guide. Shopping channels well represented on guide, mostly fluff channels, nothing any good.
There was limited to no staff available at check-in or throughout the stay. The food we had ordered to our room was horrible -- burnt and inedible. The rooms were okay but not super clean. The bathroom could also have used some additional cleaning. We brought young kids to a casino town hotel that said it was "family friendly" however this was not our experience. VERY limited places to eat with kids, etc.
