Stay elsewhere Bad experience. Got there late and the only thing was open was the self-check in kiosk which did not work for us. After trying multiple times, we used the phone at the front desk which was connected to the casino next door. We had to walk all the way to the other casino, which then they told us they didn't see any reservation nor have a room for us. Eventually they did find us a room which was 2 queens instead of the king bed we paid for. We managed to get some sleep and then at 9am we had housekeeping trying ... read more

I was given a room on 12th floor without a sink, toilet, or shower. I'm totally disgusted and angry about the whole experience. Thanks a lot!!!

Room wasn’t as expected too expensive The room wasn’t as pictured on booking site and room wasn’t clean looking no hot water and no water pressure, as well as the toilet seat was cracked when I reported it they didn’t care , I was hit with hidden charges after paying online, it was very disappointing to pay almost 400.00 for a room that was mediocre.

Dont stay if you want a ac The ac did not work and the front desk lady after hrs was rude and didn't want to help with resolving the issue after we checked out due to it saying maintenance 60hr well not clear if that was what we get charged to call maintenance it was 3 am after 10 hr drive just wanted to sleep so delt with it when woke up had sleep with window open and the big light shinning into the room that was a big issue so just delt with it till the morning and front desk was rude at sister property horseshoe.

The 1st room we were given smelled like dirty dog and poop. The room was very whethered. We asked for a second room and it wasn't much better. While it didn’t smell as bad as the other, it was worse. The bed has broken wood and nails sticking out. The sheets were dirty with hair and black streaks. The bathroom sink was missing a handle and the blow dryer was broken off the wall but nicely placed on the shelf. We came in and checked in and when we were going to our room our room keys did not work. We had to go back down and reset our keys and staff called maintenance to see why our door wasn’t working. We tried the keys and still didn’t work and maintenance told us that they were going to bring us new keys and never did. We went to the Casino and went back to our room and went to the check in area to see if we can get room keys again and no one was there and had to walk all the way back to Horseshoe check in to get new room keys. ... read more
