Terrible, the room was so dirty and there is no one to contact to get another room. They also do not answer the number attached. Very disappointed

I'm sure this was a one time thing. I usually have a good time at Lady Luck hotel.. however this time...power outage left us in the dark.. food spoiled.. weird stay. Expected more for a terrible situation, no information or callback..

Lady Luck has bed bugs a doesn’t care!!! The worst ever!! Room had bed bugs plus no clerk a front desk just a kiosk with zero assistance! But the bed bugs were disgusting and the worst part is they didn’t even care!! Luckily Cherry a hotels.com stepped in and handled business! So grateful to her!!

The elevator had an issue and some of the front desk people were not helpful or nice.

Right on target Chips of paint falling off the bathroom door look like fecal stains. Was not given a choice on room considering I was serviced by a kiosk; stayed next to elevator, noisy at night. TV did not allow outside media (ie laptop plugged into HDMI) Vending machine was sold out on energy drinks. Pretty much matched expectations. Comfortable bed.
