The cleaning staff was fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was way to HOT. Could not control heat. Shut heat off and room remained hot.

Heat in room didn’t work turned ALL the way up. It was impossible to find anyone working at check in desk on the 2nd floor.

The room was extremely hot. The ac/heat unit would come on for a minute, all it did was squeak and squeal. The heat and obnoxious noice kept me up all night. The bathroom was not properly turned around as there were a lot of hairs left in the bath tub.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees are absolutely terrible. Every time I wanted a drink they would ignore me and take at least 30 minutes to take my order. I watched the server offer refills to other customers and give service to other customers that can after me. I never give bad reviews but this was the most terrible experience I have ever had in my life. At the restaurants in the resort, they were even worse.
