First, tried the kiosks for check in. Didn't work for me, and the two people after me, so we ended up waiting in line anyways. Then some mechanical issue occurred, and the entire lobby area filled with smoke that smelled like jet fuel. Wouldn't tell us back to our rooms due to fire dept safety inspection which I get. Not their fault. The room I was put in was 1020. Right next to the elevator shaft AND the Ice room, vending machine. People really do use those at 3 in the morning, several times! Grrr. Room heater would not shut off, pillows where flat. Tried to go to front desk and no one was there and a sign up said sorry we are closed. Will never stay at this location again.

Hair was in my bed. Plumbing was backed up and it was hotter than heck. Paid a lot of money for a very horrible room

Poor The front desk clerk was really rude, didn’t let us know that there was police activity by our room.

Beautiful scenery but zero quick stop stores, staff was non existent. Nickle and dime on everything including microwaves

Loud, un-maintained, and terrible plumbing. Seemed clean, but just so dated and un-maintained. Could hear conversations in surrounding rooms and any toilet flush from adjacent rooms. Water backed up in both the sink and shower tub in the morning taking almost 1/2 hour to drain. Still trying to figure out the “resort fee” when there is nothing resort about it (no pool, gym, or anything that would indicate anything more than a basic hotel). Really wish we had spent a few bucks more on one of the more modern resorts.

WRONG ROOM I checked in at the mobile kiosk. The kiosk found my reservation and printed out my key cards. When I got to the room that the kiosk said was my room number, I entered, using the key card that the kiosk printed out for me, and someone else was already assigned that room. Their stuff was hanging in the closet on the bed. So I immediately went to the front desk and they assigned me a new room. But I'm just glad I didn't scare someone or anything like that. Could've been uglier than it was .
