Broken bathroom sink, very dirty carpet and fixtures, garbage scattered under the bed from previous guest, staff was very incompetent in handling these problems. I stayed at Ballys in Vegas a couple years ago and this experience was nearly identical. Do yourself the favor and book elsewhere.

The property was convenient, but the heat in the room was not adjustable. It was terribly hot.

My birthday weekend Bathroom wasn't clean the faucet for the tub wasn't completely attached to the wall it was loose and tub was dirty bed was as hard as a rock the room sucked ass

The AC/Heater didnt work , cieling had mold over the bed, window only opens 4 inches, tub dosnt drain and we called 3 times and no one came to fix or look at any of this. Second time we stayed there and it was horrible. Never again. We like the casino but the hotel is awful.

Check in Check in was very unorganized. Nobody was at the desk had to go to the hotel next door to check in.
