The additional $16 turned into $95 that was not mentioned until after the card was charged

We stayed at this hotel because it has EV chargers but not only did they not work we were charged $100 and had to go to another hotel to charge were it is free. The staff of the hotel said they couldn't help and to call the number on the chargers. We did call and that company said not there problem and will not give the money back. DON'T USE THE EV CHARGERS

Everything was good besides bath tub. Draining did not work while u showered and very slowly drained after
