Caesars, you have a ton of money, make your rooms comfortable I could not get a room when I first arrived. I was told to return later and they would hold a room for me. I was able to book my 86 year old father in early. When I returned, the desk at Lady Luck was closed. I recently had knee surgery, and was unable to walk to the Isle for service. I used a kiosk and it refused to accept my credit card because I have a hyphenated last name. The mattress in the room was as hard as a rock and the pillows are worthless. Lady Luck ... read more

Wish we stayed at the Monarch AC didn’t work, toilet was broken, staff no where to be found and maintenance had to come twice, was just offered a fan for the AC issue Cleanness

Poor Once at the property took an hour and a half to get to my room why wouldn't they say you check in over at the Isle of Capri Casino not at the lady luck would have been very helpful

Fair Not enough change machines for tickets. Some of the staff that served drinks were dressed inappropriately. Short shorts. Otherwise our stay was ok.

check in was at 4 but couldn’t check in till almost 530 due to our “room was not ready”. had to pay more money then was
