Not impressed. Probably won't return No front desk or other staff on duty. Room was clean and comfortable. Ice machine worked. Room was easy to find

exhausting. The 2 block walk to check in. They only had a kiosk to check in and it didn’t work. so we had to walk two blocks thru the casino and to a different building to check in. No proper signage to find check in. had to ask 3 people directions. by the time we got to the room too exhausted to go to casino. The room was clean and bathroom was nice. Heavy doors kinda awkward.

Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht mehr um halb 7 abends war die Reception nicht mehr besetzt und das in einem Casino Hotel. Es ist fraglich, ob sie überhaupt besetzt ist. Check in am Automaten. Somit konnte man auch niergens reklamieren. Im Zimmer 957 war die ganze Nacht ein lautes Geräusch, als ob man eine Badewanne mit Wasser voll laufen lässt. Im Zimmer warces eisig kalt, obwohl wir die Klima ausgeschaltet hatten. Die Fenster waren undicht. grosses Zimmer

Bad When we got there they didn't have the room we booked so we had to go over to horseshoe casino

Disappointing Poor quality room said it was sound installation but you could hear everyone walking by or in the next room Easy access to games

Check in a joke. The check in procedure with a kiosk and no live person, what a joke. Staff failed to mention that they are in the process of rebranding and that they are now Horseshoe instead of Isle. Absolute joke Room itself was clean and appeared well maintained.

We enjoyed our time at Ameristar, Century Casino, The Lodge and Monarch. So much classier than Lady See above comment. At minimum, when check in is at 4:00 p.m. the registration desk should be open. And by the way, the registration desk was not manned for check out either. We just left the keys in the room. Let me start by saying the room was clean and comfortable. I have no complaint there.
