Incorrect description of location. Expedia post for hotel said it was 17.9 miles from the hotel, but this was incorrect. It was more than 40 miles from Winter Park, where I was located when I booked the room. I would not have booked this place had I known this discrepancy in distance. I had to drive 40 miles out of my way. Also, the sink in the room was clogged and the bathroom door was broken. Contacting the front desk did not correct the problems satisfactorily. Our AC didn’t work properly. It took 2 days to be moved to a room with AC. No where in the package/reservation information were we told that the Lady Luck desk would be closed when we arrived. We had to walk through the entire horseshoe casino with all of our luggage to their front desk to check in. When we explained that it would have been nice to be notified in advance so that we could have parked at the Horseshoe, the two desk clerks looked at us blankly. Zero explanation. Zero apology. Zero cares given.

Room floor was dirty Had to wake up around 6am because of the noise from construction going on in the other rooms

Terrible place. No room heater. Charges more than what shows on Expedia in name of resort fees. You pay while check in and again while checking out. No one to help. No front desk service.

This hotel is far from everything and has no restaurant options, only the restaurant in the other hotel which is expensive! Horrible location as there is nothing nearby except the casino. Dispersed employees, check out machines don't work, there are no employees at the front desk. There is no room service and much less water if you want to buy a bottle.

We arrived at 7:45pm on the day of checkin and were tired, ready to shower and go to bed. We checked in and they gave us our room keys. Upon getting to our room neither key would work. We tried a handful of times and then decided my husband would stand there and I’d go back down and get new keys. While I was gone some guy answered our bedroom door and was pissed someone was trying to get into their room. I retrieved new keys and a new room. I was double charged for a breakfast at their Horseshoe restaurant and still have not been refunded, it was only $40 but come on, they could of handled it on the spot. I also have not received my deposit back either after a week.
