The staff were rude and could care less about the guests. The AC did not work in the room. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. The entire hotel was on heat due to the weather. Won’t be staying here again.

Check in process needs to be better, both kiosk were broken and nobody was around to help.

The front desk wasn’t open for Lady Luck so we had to walk all the way to another hotel to check in and out. Our room was clean and nice. Very small. And the bathroom smelled of sewage, the toilet didn’t flush properly. They didn’t provide hand soap of any kind. The hotel was extremely warm and the ac didn’t work in our room. They did say they would reimburse us but we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned along with the resort fees. Expedia refunded the room charge. There was blood all over the walls in our bathroom. We talked to the front desk and they sent housekeeping in to clean it. After house keeping changed our bedsheets (that were also covered in blood) we came back to see the blood all over the bathroom remained! The front desk was extremely apologetic, but the issue was not resolved. I wouldnt recommend staying here. Buck up the extra money to stay somewhere else.

There was so much noise. Drilling, and people arguing at all hours of night 4 different time 1 3 4 and 430 am. Drilling when we got there at 3pm and again at 10 and then 6 am.

Booked online with Expedia drive 1 hour up to the hotel only to find out there were no rooms available. Screwed up my entire night

i checked in late at night from a long day of traveling. i get to my room and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. my reservation was for a non-smoking room. i called the front desk and was told to walk all the way to the front desk of the neighboring (horseshoe) casino if i want another room because the front desk of lady luck casino closes at night. so i did and i got a room on another floor. while walking through the hall towards my room, the hallway smelled like someone took a dump on the carpet. the stench was strongest, gues... read more
