Horrible Construction work all evening & morning ..tub clogged ect

Had trouble with our reservation, room wasn't as nice as we expected & paid more than expected, no microwave, you pay for the (complimentary) coffee & mini bottled water etc, tv's were down for a day of our stay, liquids in shower were empty (guessing the hotel went back to small bottles-those were available), sheets were the blankets, no outside view (hotel is having the windows redone & they were all covered)(would have been a good thing to know before booking with the hotel), hotel is pet friendly (we didn't take pets) bu... read more

Only one elevator works and our window is taped shut by construction work our tv won’t turn on. Not worth the money at all we should have spent the extra money and stayed somewhere else. Never again

Made a reservation at Lady Luck and was told no rooms available and they got me room next door at horseshoe for more money and smaller room. Same owners different hotels. A lot of walking.

Only one eating area (tacos). Had to walk to Horse shoe casino for other eating areas which was difficult for me due to back problems. No TV available due to weather issues. Unable to get a refund or discount because I went through Expedia for reservation. Restrooms not accessible between Lady Luck and Horseshoe casino.

They were doing construction in the hallway. Woke us up at 8 am. Running on 3 hours sleep today...🤔

I tried 3 times to verify with hotel desk that we needed a roll away bed. Everytime my call was ended before answering my request. ✔️ Wouldn't give us one therefore forcing us to get an extra room and separating our group. Early hours...heavy construction on scaffolding immediately outside our window (RM 1216) started and never let up. No manager on site till 2 pm available for me to communicate with. I really feel that I should get compensated for this experience. Would have extra blanket and very odd bathrm doors Help...

We booked a room at LADY LUCK which is UNDER CONSTRUCTION & has their all their windows painted over with PAINT and LOCKED SHUT!!! It was totally claustrophobic!!! Possibly a safety issue if there was a fire??? We had hoped to enjoy the mountains!!! They refused to refund the room fee, but offered to transfer us to their Horseshoe Casino which they own as well.
