Elevators were broken overnight and they put us on the 11th floor making us walk up 5 flights of stairs. The front desk was closed for half of the morning the next day. Air conditioning in the room was broken during the first night and they gave us a fan. Another couple was booked into a room that was already occupied.

Didn’t get the room that I reserved… the window was blocked off with construction plastic … it was a very low budget room in need of simple repairs

Check in was okay. Got 2 rooms and our 2nd room was DIRTY and had the hassle of getting a new one. 1st room was a clean as 3 rd. 1st room the window only opened 4 inches.. fine but holy moly this room was uncomfortably HOT ! The air “conditioner” sucks! Won’t book here

The room was extremely hot to the point i couldn't sleep and 0 ventilation from the window opening only 4 inches. . Fan on AC didnt work Maid busted in at 9am. At least wait till checkout....

Rooms dated and not clean room was stuffy and smelled musty. Our first room the air conditioner was broken so they moved us to another room and THAT room was as hot as first one. There was only one elevator working.... needless to say the wait time was ridiculous. The worst birthday night I've spent in a hotel

They say they have rooms available and they don't have them ready, I asked for my refund and nothing was returned to me and they never answered the call according to the people at Expedia
