Get directionsThe room was clean. The check in was terrible. Check in was not open, we were sent down two escalators, across the casino into the next Hotel to check in, then back to our room. We are lucky we chose not to bring in our luggage before checking in! There was no internet and no hair dryer! We would not stay here again.

You would think being new year eve and for the cost of the room we would have got something tried to stay another night but wanted the same price way toi much for nothing

Late check-in after 10pm is tricky We arrived at 10pm and the main issue is that the check-in desk was difficult to find. We parked our car in the garage which was clear, but then Lady luck check-in desk was not easy to find. Once we went to the desk, the check-in window was closed after 10pm and we were told to go to Isle hotel check-in desk via the phone on the desk. Then it's a little far to walk to the Isle hotel check-in.

Horrible place!! Horrible place to stay! Dirty rooms! People screaming down the halls all night. Ordered room service after 2 hours of calling and complaining they never showed up. Needless to say we starved all night. Night manager was rude, and didn’t care. I will never go back!

Upon check in i was charged a 75.00 deposit which was not advertised on their website r Hotels.com just told it was new

The room was clean when we arrived. That'sabout the only positive thing I have to say. We ordered room serice and after waiting 2 hours called down to find out what was happening and told room service was not available. It would have been nice if the room service automated menu had told us that. My wife went down and gambled and while she was on a machine they had a power outage. Bad service all around. Rude service from hotel staff and casino staff. Staff are lazy and just stand around talking and not serving customers drinks or see if they needed anything
