Get directionsNot good The room was not what I would call a nice room for the price. The tub did not drainfast enough, so I stood in 3 inches of water in the shower, the walls were s uffed and chipped, the bed did not even have a blanket, just a sheet and it was 28 degrees outside. The pnly staff member at check in was rude and was in and out, I had to wait almost an hour for her to get ba k to the desk to check me in. Not what I expected for a $230 room.

Overall not a bad stay except for one thing. I went to get coffee one of the mornings and came back to find out that elevator's where not working. Mu wife was in our room trying to come down and I was trying to go up. Nine of the staff knew where the stairs were and no signs to i indicate where they were. I tried to contact a manager and the persin I spoke to said the manager was to busy to talk to me. I think he was just scared to deal with me and other's that were there. Unprofessional.

Oh man So this place is not up to par really needs to have the staff stay in rooms

Terrible service! Very disappointing. We had to go to another hotel/Casino to check in. We asked for more pillows; they told us we would have to go to the other hotel's desk to get some. We reserved a room for 4 and only had 3 towels and coffee for 3. When we called and asked for a 4th towel and coffee, housekeeping never came. But they did come to our door to see if we were still in the room an hour before we had to check out. When we complained to the desk while checking out, they didn't care. When we got to our rooms to go to bed at midnight we realized that we only had 2 small pillows. We went to call the front desk for support and realized that our phone is not working. My daughter called from her room and we were told that there is no staff at the desk after 10 and that if we wanted pillows we would need to go downstairs across 2 casino floors to get them ourselves. This is not the type of customer service I would expect from a $200 a night hotel room

room next to elevator that ran all night. No furniture in the room, only bed to sit on & 1 chair in the corner

The elevator was down to the 12 floor where we were staying so we had to take the stairs. Also the bathroom in our room was not well kept. It had a big white stain all under the sink like it hadn’t been scrubbed in awhile
