Will not stay again I definitely would not stay here again. We had two rooms, asked at the front desk for adjoining which the lady told us we could. The rooms were not adjoining, we went back down to the front desk which she then told us “oh yeah, adjoining rooms are only 2 queens and 1 king” which she could have just told us when we asked. There were pretzels behind the nightstand, the beds are terrible and the pillows are paper thin. Nice room but terrible room service The room was nice and the front desk as informative. But they let you order room service and will charge you for it but never received it. When I called to confirm I was told the cafe was closed. But never got a refund on the two orders I sent through. But they took my money.

No staff at check in. Had to go thru casino to another hotel check in. Staff said lack of staffing due to President. Maybe if you paid a life sustaining wage more people would be willing to work for you.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was very noisy all night and the walls were so thin we heard everthing from next door. I mean everything.
