Disgusting place to stay, poor managed

Food options were overpriced and few and far between. Although that could be said for all of Black Hawk

The bathroom didn’t have a vent. Housekeeping didn’t speak English, so it made it difficult to ask for towels and sheets. We were only given 2 towels. Very out dated

The casino was great there is no food to eat and i had to walk a mile to let my service animal out there is no where to take dogs to the bathroom except the casino next door

We were sent back and forth from the Isle and the Lady Luck for parking and check-in. Staff at each location told us to go to the other one, and always wait until later. The room where we stayed (1035) had a HUGE problem with a strange sound that didn't seem it was directly from anything we did in the room itself, but seemed to come from some action(s) by other people in the building. Have stayed here several times. Overall prety good until this time. Check in was good. Our room wasnt very clean. Hair in bathroom on cloor snd toilet. Worst part wan stains on the sheets that looked like urine. Asked for amother room, it was better but still reall dirty. Was disappointing.
