Room was not cleaned while we were there. No top sheet on the bed. Maids were on their phones every time I saw them. Tried to ask them for a sheet ( she couldn’t speak English). Long wait for restaurant, then over charged for food-longer wait for my refund.

Checking in at another hotel room. Lobby desk was closed when we checked in. We were instructed to go to another casino to check-in. The walk was long and unnecessary. Other guests having to make the trip to check-in were also complaining and unhappy. Our room was clean and in great condition. Food is good. Slots seems pretty tight.

Our room smelled like cigarettes, the blankets were dirty, and not properly placed on the bed.
