The hotel room had no blankets so we all slept terrible, could not get a drink while gaming, and the staff was rude and did not seem to care that we had issues.

DO NOT STAY HERE they will act lile your room isn't available to trying to trick you into going and spending money in their trashy casino. The check in desk is actually in another hotel. The food at the casino down stairs was barely edible, makes McDonalds seem like fine dining.

Have stayed here many times.normaly one of the better values in black hawk.this stay was uncomfortable and the responce to my concerns when i called to get help was disappointing...handicapped room.urine smell in bathroom.had to keep the door closed .tried to clean it myself.i called down to switch rooms.why?drain plug in bath would not stay up.initially water woiuld not switch to shower.was told their workman would have to look at room before they could transfer me to another room.also no bottle water in room.so much for re... read more

Dirty and they don’t clean your room or provide with clean towels,or toilet paper. I even had a hard time checking in

Never again! Arrived at Black Hawk, checked in at Lady Luck and was issued a key to a room with people in it. This presented a security issue to us, that someone else could get access to a room we were occupying. We went to the desk and told them that there were people in the room, and the desk clerks just laughed it off. Very unprofessional!!! We were then issued another key to a different room.
