Get directionsHorrible staff The staff was EXTREMELY rude and absolutely not accommodating even after they messed up my booking. Upon speaking with the supervisor he was even more rude and apprehensive than the associates at the front desk.

We had to walk a mile to check in and the nerdy managers an ass hat!

Should have known it wouldn't be great when I tried to call about our reservation and got transferred twice, then disconnected. Then when I called back, I got someone in another state, not the state I live in, even though the phone number given to call had an area code of the state I live in. When we got there, the phones had no identification on them. None at all. Had to figure out how to call the front desk. They sent us a text to check in at the other hotel and they were busy and rude. They were rushing and told us that we came to the wrong property (they are connected). Then we walked all the way through the hotel to find out they had service at our hotel. Everything was fine after that until we went to take a shower which was ice cold! Ran the water for 30 minutes and never heated up. Worst time here and never again

You had to walk thru the entire building, down stairs to sign in and check out. The air conditioning did not work, i have lung damage due to covid, and asthma and need air conditioning. I was having breathing difficulty due to elevation
