HOTELS.COM SUCKS We wanted to stayjune 11 th your app would not let is change the stay so you guys screwed us out of 90 bucks. I will NEVER EVER book through you guys again and I'm reporting this to the BBB! 1 hour hold time didn’t work for me just to be told there’s nothing you can do! HORRIBLE SERVICE YOU GUYS SUCK

No housekeeping service! Called daily for towels, water for coffee and was brought everything but what was requested. We stayed here for our 34th anniversary. We had dinner reservations that evening. Called at 9am, 11am for towels and left for a while. Came back to room to take shower for our anniversary dinner and still no towels! Requested at 4 again even tho we had reservations at 5....Still no towels and no shower prior to our dinner date. Returned at the room shortly after 10pm and STILL NO TOWELS.
