Service was awful. Lady Luck front desk was closed and you had to check in quite a ways away at another casino to check in. There was no sign to tell us where to go so you stand there and wait. ugh then when we finally got checked in and walk all the back over to Lady Luck the elevator doesnt work. Wait again. Then we were given a coupon for a free app and after we walk all the way back to that place it is closed. We were there for four nights. After our first night we came back and we hadn't had any maid service or new towels. Every day we put our sign out for maid service and spoke with the cleaning crew in the hallway as we were leaving for the day. They never cleaned our room and we never got clean towels. On our final night we called the front desk and they said they don't clean rooms or replace towels until you are done with your stay and next guest is checking in. REALLY!!!!
