Get directionsTook us 2 hrs to find room workers kept telling us our room was in other building so we walked back forth. There was a casino so everytime we did something we had to go outside and go around to go back into building was a complete nightmare...The whole town is not kid friendly hard to even find a place he could go into to eat... over all i will not be going back again

Terrible Lead Staff Nuvia We stayed at Lady Luck. Nuvia was the night Manager and is an overall very rude person. She was very rude to her staff when they accidentally hit the wrong button on the computer. I then confronted her and she ended up calling the police on me! Will never stay anyplace with staff like that.

Our room was across from the elevators, there was a loud squeaking just about every 5 minutes. The bathroom had some type of disgusting, water staining under the sink.. also, took forever to get warm water for the shower (never got hot)

Other guests made it impossible to sleep. Water was not very hot in shower. Bed only had 3 pillows

Dont stay here Awful had to check in at isle hotel and walk with luggage forever room was dirty with clothes still in closet not sure if they even cleaned it

It says check in is at 3pm.When we got there they told us check in is really at 4pm and charged us to check in at 3pm. The rooms are pretty basic.
