Get directionsThe front desk staff was very rude as was the one of the managers at the restaurant. We scanned the menu to order 75.00 worth of room service and after calling the front desk and them transferring me each time without listening to me a hour later I was told they don’t do room service on Saturdays! We then went down to get our food and waited another hour because our ticket some how got missed !!!! The manager was very rude not only to us but to his staff! I will never stay there again !!!

Silly nickel and dimming hotel I paid for the hotel using hotels.com and they included services charges when I initially paid for the rooms. When I arrived they charged me an additional $14 service charge. I won’t be coming back.

We did not like how you had to check-in. It was the most difficult check-in we had experience.

April stay on a warm day. The room was fine but it was 82 degrees in the room during the day and I was told they don't turn on the air condition until May. I was told to open the windows and one of the windows didn't have a screen on it. I also was not able to use the hair dryer in the bathroom. When I tried to use it tripped the plug and then the lights would not turn back on. They did come and fix that quick and had another safety plug in the room so was able to use the hair dryer in that plug with no issues.
