1000% better than my previous mortgage company (Primary Residential - WORST company... EVER). Never have had a problem with LoanCare.
Aside from stating I am 90 days late which I am not and they agree to fix, they have been good lender to work with. We are selling though
The loan administrator has been easy to work with. I can do all business online mostly. If I have questions they are helpful on the phone.

Loancare has us confuse between Atlantic Bay and themselves. At one point our bank was paying both, until we talk with each one of them. LoannCare is the servicing dept, for Atlantic Bay Mortgage.
