Loancare has really went above and beyond to help me through the COVID-19 pandemic and I will never forget the high level of professional, passionate, and caring service I received for well over a year while they kept me in my home. The 1.6 out of 5 stars is not a true refection of this companies core values and integrity with human beings!

The young lady I spoke to was very professional yet kind and extremely helpful. I called because I had sent my mortgage in and it was already two weeks and it had not cleared the bank so I was concerned. She was very helpful and understanding, told me what to do and I did what I was told and the bill was paid. I then signed up for automatic payments so I don't have to worry anymore about the mail.
