I have been with LoanCare for years.I have Direct-Deposit and have never had a late or missed payment. My mortgage was ***, however the ***payment was removed about a year ago.after 11 years of payments on time. My experience with LoanCare has been positive and very easy on me personally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LoanCare.

I had fallen on hard times, ya know life happens. I called the customer service line and spoke to Shanta. She helped me get my mortgage payments back on track, without fear of foreclosure, and explained everything step by step. Truly a great customer service representative that understands that life happens and gives her honest opinion on which options work best for you!

I had file a complaint for my parents bc there house payments went so high and they couldn't figure out how to fix escrow account, but a Audra **** at loan care reached out and has helped my parents fix the problem. My mom has said she is a angle and had helped her so much! loan care I hope you know what a great employee you got. Thanks A lot!! Lois

The service provided has been timely and on point. My loan had been transferred with no concerns or delays. I have been with Loancare for several years with no complaints. I recently paid the mortgage off and notification, escrow return, etc. was timely and all documents were as expected. Cassidy at Loancare was helpful with what I needed to expect for the closure on my mortgage.

Loancare mortgage servicing is a good business, and I'm happy with them servicing our mortgage. When we first got our mortgage, I wasn't sure I was happy another company other than our mortgage company would be taking care of our loan. Loancare has been great, I haven't need to call customer service much, but they have been excellent. Wait times are short to speak with customer service, and they always take care of my needs. Good company.

I haven't had a bad experience with them yet. I do plan on refinancing with another company at some point. But in these times a bit of not being able to reach anyone is fully expected. A lot of these people are working from home. They even communicated an overpayment that will be dropping my monthly mortgage rate about 20.00 a month! Not sure why I haven't had an issue yet. I was very scared after reading all the horror stories below.

I must be the exception to the rule because this company has been excellent compared to the incompetent company I had before. They have paid my taxes and my homeowners insurance on time. I have always had very good luck getting in touch with them and receiving helpful answers.

The worst company ever on this planet! I believe they r buying mortgages and r trying to see that u default by shorting your escrow payments! In 2 years I'm always short and have to pay or the payment goes up! This was done back in the late 2009 era when the bottom fell out !They would buy a policy betting u would default! Ask how AIG how good that worked! This so called company has your best interest in mind? Wake American these carpet baggers from days of old! Read your history about this kind of practice? It still exist!

******* ****** is an exceptional Loan Officer, I have a VA loan, which can get scary on its own, but ******* knows how to handle VA loans without adding stress to you.
