They are handling my hurricane claim money for repairs and have failed at resolving issues with their customer service team and processing of my repair paperwork. Their website not only does not reflect any issues that they may have with the paperwork but their customer service team don’t even properly look at your paperwork. Beware of Loancare!! During Covid we had to assist family with financial support and had no choice but to enter forebearance for approximately 14 months.. at the end of forebearance Loancare sent us a packet with a mortgage modification telling us to sign and initial and return by FedEx by a certain date (because of Covid spacing restrictions nobody from Loancare walked us through the new terms of our mortgage as is normal when signing mortgage loan documents).. we did this and have been current with our mortgage payments si... read more
They have us so upset. They acquired our loan 3/7/2025 and it has been a nightmare. They keyed in the wrong account number and said our payment was returned. I asked to repeat the number and they had the wrong account number. I just don't know what to do anymore with these people. Any suggestions? It's actually a zero star rating.
Impossible to contact via web, email, or phone. The processed my mortgage FOUR times when I already had paid and nothing was due. The first two drafts went through and the second failed due to insufficient funds and I was charged fees by my bank. They said they were sending a refund months ago that I have yet to receive. Fortunately my mortgage has changed servicers, but they also sent the wrong info to the new servicer, who then tried to charge me a fee based on wrong info. Never wanted to be moved from my previous loan company. LoanCare is awful!!! No one knows what they are doing. Was emailed that we would be moved over to them. If that months bill was paid we would not be charged. They charged for that month, we called, complained. They claimed they hadn’t received all our info from previous company. Why the hell would you charge half way into the new month without checking it was paid!!! They repeatedly lie, we did not want to be on auto pay with them. Did not trust them. Communications are poor at best. Have been trying to get reimbursed for repairs due to Hurricane Helene. 4 months so far in battle to get reimbursed. I have lodged 2 complaints internally already. Now they are filing an exception to their policy which will take 7-10 more business days. Twice they have i formed me a check is on the way, no check ever arrives and they don't contact me to let me know there is yet another problem.

customer service is the worst, they took double payment and cant give it back have to mail a check but need bank statement first but they ca post it that they received it and it cleared give a web site to go to that i still have not found hours on phone with multiple people and still nothing just the worst i have ever seen. i never asked to be with them just got sent to them. be very aware of this company and all reviews say about same thing
zero stars zero customer service how is this buisness still operating they lie & scam people increasing false public tax records & everything increases in their statements escrow taxed tripple they cant give you an anwser & stop taking your calls and or emails they wont summit the correct up to date documents they ask to correct your bill & keep trying to scam you for more more money how is this legal corruption as we see with ***** **** robbing investigations should be done asap

Don't expect them to process your payment. Expect them to give confirmation that you did, and then charge you late fees for consecutive billing cycles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
