Something happened where I couldn't log in to my account on the website and I couldn't reset my password on the website. When I tried it would send me to a webpage that just said "oops". So I tried to call and the automated machine has NO OPTIONS for getting a human on the phone. I literally can't log in and I can't contact anyone at the company.

This loan company is the worst ever. They transferred our loan in October 2023, but still took the November payment from my bank account. Once that was resolved (the new loan service fixed it), I thought we were done. Nope! Found out today that LoanCare NEVER RELEASED THE LIEN ON OUR HOUSE and it's still showing up on our credit report. Yep: two mortgages are showing up on our credit report. When I called to demand they fix it, they told me I had to send them a written request via USPS and they would look into it.

Worst company EVER!!! I would give them negative stars if I could. They are shady and rude. My mortgage continues to have additional charges every month and when I call them I get the run around from one rude employee to the next with no resolution. They are so frustrating. Is there a way to see if anyone has filed a lawsuit against them for shady practices? I don't understand how they got an A+ rating. Beyond annoyed.

Most unprofessional, incompetent company I have dealt with in my lifetime. My daughter called company prior to us applying 10 months ago asking if a non-military person could assume her loan. They said definitely yes. We completed the paperwork which is ALOT! We are professional individuals with great credit and good income. We let the 120 days we were told it would take to process the loan. -1 billion stars. This company is run by the devil. Everyone who works for them are demons. The customer service should be called the scammers line. They constantly lie, embezzle, gas light, and manipulate you, while blaming you and putting you through literal hell. I was completely scammed by them and had to file bankruptcy to save my home. Absolute nightmare doesn’t even come close to describing this worthless mortgage company. They have made dealing with a hail damage claim so incredibly difficult. I have requested to speak to a supervisor three times and I’ve never received a call back. I filed complaints and I never get anyone to do anything. They won’t release checks so that I can pay my contractors even though they have the information they need. I did not ask to be a customer of Loancare. Awful customer service. They feel predatory how they double bill an account every month hit you with penalties after 1 payment process but then the other dont due to the fact i made the payment already. Then charge fees on the next payment. This feels intentional and now they force me to mail in a payment every month? Something feels corrupt and intentional seeing in the reviews that this has happened to so many other people. Theres noway this is a coincidence.
