Loancare bought my loan in Jan2026 from *********, this is the 5th time its been sold in 13years. Oct2024 I lost my job due to an injury from work "still working with EEOC" I was hoping to find work by Dec but not many co will hire disabled, I sent my Dec payment to Serve and called them sine I spent all my savings to seek help, was told it was sold and i would need to call them. My mortgage was sold to LoanCare in November 2025 while I was already under a modification plan with my previous mortgage company. I continued making my payments as agreed. Once LoanCare took over, they restarted the entire modification process, which took six months to complete. During that time, my credit score dropped from 620 to 501.After all that, they redid my modification again and increased my monthly payment. I have had a terrible experience with Loancare from the beginning 9 years ago. No compassion will put you a modification to help you out and then turn around and stab you in the back by wreaking your credit that you work so hard for my credit score dropped 86 points and Im on a loan modification but yet they reported me to all the credit bureaus as being 120 days late as if I havent made not one single payment not even the modified ones no heart so now I have bad credit and negative remarks on my report to add insult to injury that I dont deserve mind you this all started due to fire in my home and als... read more

My loan was transferred to them I was in a trial program with my last lender the loan, the loan was transferred to loancare I call Nov to make my payment they denied it now were in March and they will not do nothing they keep saying we don't have to honor what the last lender did they keep denied my financial assistance programs this you called them, they have a show me different answers of why it was denied. No one knows what's going on in their office. They don't care about people

I CAN'T STAND THIS COMPANY! My ex-husb left me the house & all bills, then i got COVID & lost my ******* got behind on house pyts so it got into pre- foreclosure. My parents helped me out & made my overdue pymts. I got back on track & sent them 1/2 pyt on the 1st & the 2nd half the 2nd week each month to make a pymt for upcoming month.
