I called because my check had not been cashed for my January payment and I mailed it on the 18th of December. I was making sure you had received my payment. Why I really don’t know but your CSR was more than willing to take my account info over the phone and make the payment. It was a one time payment. I am old fashion and like to pay my bills personally so that I can keep up with them. The CSR was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
My property tax liability changed this year and needed to find out how to update my information.

The operator was very helpful. I don’t understand why I am not get a monthly statement in the mail.
The rep, Christa, was extremely helpful and managed to correct incorrect application of my monthly payment previously done by Loancare, LLC. She seemed extremely knowledgable. Perhaps with her action the continuing issues I have had with proper payment application will cease. We shall see when my payment for next month is applied.
Great customer service and smooth refinance process. The representatives, Chris Cohen and Martina Valle, that assisted us have been really helpful and responsive.
