It was a good time to refinance and luckily we were able to also acquire a home loan for repairs. I highly recommend refinancing since the possibility of getting a lower monthly payment is so high right now.
I was so worried when my servicing was sold to them, but we had nothing but good experience (we don't have Escrow though). We had to change a few things during the time we were with them and had good experience with customer service. We've refinanced with someone else since but had no issues paying off
Good home loan, understanding when I was having income challenges. Only downfall is no internet profile access if I'm behind on my payment. My husband lost his job for 18 months and we were religiously late the whole time he was out of work so it was difficult to catch up when I had to call to double-check my balance. Other than that I would recommend them. Pro tip if you need to call customer service call first thing in the AM or you will be on hold a long time
