They kept me in the loop with everything. Daily if I wanted them to. They were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to even someone who doesn’t have perfect credit. My credit was just ok and they gave me a mortgage loan :)

Loancare is great! We have had a good experience with them. We refinanced our loan from 5% to 3.125% and are very happy about that. We would use them for our next home loan services.

Problems with customer service a few times, they're almost ALWAYS late paying my taxes that are always included in my payments! Its It's frustrating!

It's disgusting to find so many fake reviews on various websites including wallethub and booking.com. Sad but true. IMO this loan processor should be avoided like the plague, if you can.
I like them, but it's very hard to get the same information from various Reps you speak with and hold times are extremely long right now.
