Our experience with LoanCare has been absolutely awful. We were going through a serious medical crisis and contacted them because we needed temporary help with our mortgage payments. LoanCare approved us for a three-month payment delay, which we believed was meant to give our family some breathing room during an extremely difficult time.When the three months were over, we were shocked to learn that they expected the missed payments to be repaid in a lump sum, with interest. Spoke to a man today who started giving me a hard time about my monthly payment being late. Its paid within 30 days of the due date, he was demanding to know why and I told him that I was not going to discuss that, its a violation of my ***** rights to answer that question, he said he was going to mark that Im just refusing to pay and because very aggressive. I hung up the phone on him.
I pay my mortgage on time every month and the last 3 months, LoanCare has been reporting late payments to the credit bureaus. This is very frustrating and now I have to submit a dispute to get this corrected, which may take time. Once I sell my home, I will be SURE not to have the original bank sell it to this company!
this company is BS was always paying biweekly for 5 years then they changed my biweekly to monthly for no reason called and got run around. they tried to charge me late fees but i was on it and got them dismissed. now they say i have to pay 1 month in advance to set up biweekly which i did today 7/24/26 leaving very little money in my account. Now i have supposedly 3 business days to set up biweekly & they might do biweekly. unfortunately i don't believe them after all the run around. well wish me luck F loancare
Loancare purchased our mortgage a few years ago. Our homeowners insurance and taxes were in escrow at that time. 2 consecutive years (2025 & 2026), our insurance coverage was canceled due to non-payment. The payment did not arrive before the payment date. I contacted and complained in 2025 and they assured me that they would make arrangements to mail the payment check (yes...and paper check) earlier to make sure it was received by the payment deadline. I have been extremely dissatisfied with this companys complete disregard for its customers. My personal data was compromised in one of their data breaches, yet they have shown zero accountability.Despite sending multiple letters via U.S. Mail formally opting out of electronic statements and requesting written confirmation, I have received no response whatsoever. Theres no way this business should have an A+ rating. If I could give 0 stars I would! The only upside to this company is the few helpful employees that they have, the rest leaves MUCH to be desired. I have been displaced from my home for over 6 months due to a fire and everytime I call to get funds released to contractors, theres another issue with a document or a document missing. I would give them a 0 if possible. ****************!!!! For some unknown reason, this company did not get a copy of my insurance on a rental. They said that I had not had insurance on it since 2024 - which was not true.
