Most unprofessional, incompetent company we have dealt with. They messed up our escrow for taxes. My husband is a disable VA and is exempt from certain property taxes. They adjusted our mortgage with the anticipation that Loancare will receive paperwork from the that was not clarified to us that was needed. The only thing they asked as proof was for the VA letter which was submitted. LoanCare still payed out the property taxes for 2024 leaving us owing escrow. This company is terrible. They do not listen. They made an error in my payment and I am being punished for their error. Their customer service is a joke. If they make a mistake, you are punished.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, LIERS , THEIFS , RUDE , INCOMPETENT, CANT DO THERE JOB BEEN WAITING FOR PAPERWORK SINCE NOV 2023 STILL WAITING FOR IT . Absolutely horrible company. If you find that your mortgage has been sold to Loancare you need to get away from them. Predatory at best, and that's trying to keep it nice.
Something happened where I couldn't log in to my account on the website and I couldn't reset my password on the website. When I tried it would send me to a webpage that just said "oops". So I tried to call and the automated machine has NO OPTIONS for getting a human on the phone. I literally can't log in and I can't contact anyone at the company.
This loan company is the worst ever. They transferred our loan in October 2023, but still took the November payment from my bank account. Once that was resolved (the new loan service fixed it), I thought we were done. Nope! Found out today that LoanCare NEVER RELEASED THE LIEN ON OUR HOUSE and it's still showing up on our credit report. Yep: two mortgages are showing up on our credit report. When I called to demand they fix it, they told me I had to send them a written request via USPS and they would look into it.
Worst company EVER!!! I would give them negative stars if I could. They are shady and rude. My mortgage continues to have additional charges every month and when I call them I get the run around from one rude employee to the next with no resolution. They are so frustrating. Is there a way to see if anyone has filed a lawsuit against them for shady practices? I don't understand how they got an A+ rating. Beyond annoyed.
Most unprofessional, incompetent company I have dealt with in my lifetime. My daughter called company prior to us applying 10 months ago asking if a non-military person could assume her loan. They said definitely yes. We completed the paperwork which is ALOT! We are professional individuals with great credit and good income. We let the 120 days we were told it would take to process the loan.
