-1 billion stars. This company is run by the devil. Everyone who works for them are demons. The customer service should be called the scammers line. They constantly lie, embezzle, gas light, and manipulate you, while blaming you and putting you through literal hell. I was completely scammed by them and had to file bankruptcy to save my home. Absolute nightmare doesn’t even come close to describing this worthless mortgage company. They have made dealing with a hail damage claim so incredibly difficult. I have requested to speak to a supervisor three times and I’ve never received a call back. I filed complaints and I never get anyone to do anything. They won’t release checks so that I can pay my contractors even though they have the information they need. I did not ask to be a customer of Loancare. Awful customer service. They feel predatory how they double bill an account every month hit you with penalties after 1 payment process but then the other dont due to the fact i made the payment already. Then charge fees on the next payment. This feels intentional and now they force me to mail in a payment every month? Something feels corrupt and intentional seeing in the reviews that this has happened to so many other people. Theres noway this is a coincidence.

This company made it very difficult to release the funds to fix my home after a hail storm. I contacted all of the senior leadership and got no where. I am filing a complaint with the FTC over their fraudulent practices.

Hope you never have an insurance claim while they are your mortgage company. Request something and you send it. They say they got it. A few days later it's somehow gone missing. Been going through this for 11 months!!! They hold your insurance money hostage and make every excuse not to pay it to you. My insurance company has said multiple times this is by far the worst mortgage company to deal with. All while my house is still getting destroyed. Awful. Zero flexibility on how to pay. I want to pay my variable loan on the two payments per month method -- they can't accommodate. Tried to pay extra principal -- went in as interest. What a mess. They have me over a barrel because I can't refi away. Thinking of options for some sort of lawsuit.

Worse Customer Service that I have ever dealt with on our home mortgage loan. Do not use this company for your home loan. I was trying to payoff my home mortgage. I was unable to use the online payment option. I was told that final payment had to be made by cashiers check and sent to Loancare *** ********** *** San Francisco CA. Payment was never recorded and they then issued late fees on the loan. Would give this company zero stars if possible. Absolute worst experience. I was trying to refinance my home with loan care who is my current lender. What a horrible decision. Months wasted, with horrible communication, service and follow up. Would not recommend to anyone.
