I have seen many reviews online for them particularly when it comes to delinquent payers. I have never had an issue. The ability to set up one time and recurring payments for free was nice. I wish I could pay with a credit card but that is pretty uncommon so i get it.
Need more information on my loan , no one has ever contacted me in way. This always helps not only to me but to the loan company we need to be in the same page.
We want to take out some of our equity in the home and payoff our high interest credit cards into one payment. We are currently in a 30 year finance fixed mortgage rate but we haven't missed any payments in the last 7 years total , so it shouldn't be all that hard to be considered as a good payer payee towards our bills. They are ok I have never spoke with anyone from there company. My account was sold to them about 2 months after my closing. I received a letter saying they now have my account and nothing changed so I'm ok with it.

Loan was transferred to LoanCare from BOA which is the only good thing they did. LOANCARE was easy to work with and convenient online payment system. Sent our payoff letter promptly after our last payment.
