We should all file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT for all the accounts neglected by LOANCARE.SIX MONTHS I have been submitting paperwork for a deed in lieu. I gave all the requirements *** required for deed in lieu (since the mitigation options Loancare offered were so horrible ) and there was no way to save my house anymore. Didnt even give me a way to reduce my mortgage in a restructure so I could afford it after my husband had been laid off for a year. Beyond disgusted with this company, awful is an understatement! We've unfortunately not been able to keep the home and have applied for a short sale, both us and our realtor have repeatedly sent them every document requested and every time we call they claim they didn't get it or come up with some excuse to keep us running in circles, we've done everything requested and are trying to do the right thing. ****** company, our realtor cannot believe what they are doing or how they run business. LoanCare does not care and different people give different advice. They don't explain the whole process, it seems like they want to get people in financial trouble to take their home and resell it.
If you have ANY option with ANY other financing firmCHOOSE them! Loancare is the absolute worst mortgage company ***********************. They double debited our mortgage and then told us we had to wait until next month when the statement comes outto be reimbursed. This was after having a signed printout on letterhead from my ************, showing the double payment. Every public forum we have to communicate their pathetic and unacceptable practiceswe will do just that. Steer clear of Loancare. They dont "care" about s**%!
I am filing a complaint regarding LoanCares repeated practice of withdrawing my monthly mortgage payment before the scheduled due date, despite having autopay set up specifically for the first of every month. The staff at loancare commonly give bad or incorrect information. I sent them an insurance claim check which they received on 10/16. I have called them every business day since and keep getting the run around. Today 10/29 I was unable to access my information on their website. When I called I was told that they are in the process of approving my distribution. I cant believe after reading all these reviews that loancare has not been shut down yet. I am having problems with trying to get them to release my insurance funds. Its been over a year since my flood claim was opened. Insurance payed out 3 months later and loancare has been drawing interest off the money ever since. They let me know over 6 months ago that they would not release any funds to repair the house. They would only reimburse me for repairs that takes place on the property. I would leave zero (0) stars of I could! This is the absolute worst company to deal with! What a bunch of Liars! The mis-applied funds I sent to settle escrow shortage, repeatedly ran escrow analysis to "fix" the issue, and then had the audacity to bill me for more escrow shortage! If I could get rid of them, I would do so in a hurry.
