Failed to pay property taxes even though it is escrowed. They have no channels of communication in place to rectify this mistake. We are currently in default on property taxes due to thier mistake.

I was just switched over to Loan Care, called and talked to a ***** who was rude and not helpful at all! I'm not looking in to working with this company, but do I have a choice?! I haven't received any information from them and they stated I switched over on February 3rd. First Impression their customer care representative was a jerk, he told me that is how he "talks"! If they all talk like that it's not going to be good working with them.

When I made mortgage payments online after switching banks where I had my checking, the payment was confirmed. Several days later, Everbank Loancare reversed the payment without notifying me and did the same for the next 2 payments. It took Everbank Loancare 3 months to send me a letter telling me that they had the wrong checking account number and that I was 3 months behind on my payments. Absolute dirt bags on every level. Rude customer service, opts you into auto dial constantly without consent, won't answer your questions until you answer theirs, even if you answered the exact questions yesterday, and make paying impossible, even rejecting payments. There's no way they have any desire to do anything but make you default so they can steal your house.

My loan was transferred November 2025 from *** to this Loancare Service. I knew by reading all the review I was in for trouble with this company. Horrible, horrible company. I have a ***/HUD loan that allows me to file the loan modification that I was approved for by ***. I have a large insurance claim. With no communication except my constant calling of them, they have found every excuse in the book to not release the funds (which are actually mine). I've already paid for 1/3 of the repairs and still nothing. They have come up with new and inventive documentation excuses to delay things. I've had to file with multiple federal and state agencies. They are not interested in their clients only money. I was with Rocket Mortgage who were awesome but loan sold. Lost job and tried to see if I had any options to maybe skip a payment but nothing other than to offer that I could pay off the loan...really. so disappointed in the no help I received.
