this is a mortgage company that has my mortgage. I had emergency surgery back in August. was out of work from August to October 23rd. I've been trying to work with them on mortgage assistance. beware, they will document you to death for 2 months. Unfortunately this incompetent company holds the mortgage to our home. They've not given us any communication regarding the recent cyberhack. They shut down all operations but failed to let the folks who make payments know any of this. Fast forward to when their new and improved website is back online. We attempt to make a payment, get ap message saying something went wrong try again later so we did, three times. Two days later three payments are posted to our bank account. I was issued a reimbursement check of $******* on September 14, 2021. I didn’t cash it in time so I requested a new one. After speaking with multiple reps and sending back and forth emails , I was told they would send me a new one. I waited months and when I went to follow up, loancare had no record of me or the check! I would give zero Stars if it was available. My house burned down a year ago and I got the payoff amount from loan care when I got my insurance check I sent the payoff amount and they held the check for over 2 weeks so they could charge me extra saying that my payment was late so they took a full payment out of the payoff toward the monthly payment and added late charges then didn't let me know until it was a couple months later accruing more late charges so now I'm stuck paying monthly until they decide that I've paid enoug... read more
I was a client of theirs. Their system was hacked and I’ve been trying to get them to send me information. They do not respond. I have spoken to many people and they all but one have put me off on someone else. The bankruptcy department supervisor is terrible.
This company has opened an fha loan under my social with some else’s name. I have been calling them since Experian won’t take it off with my police reports and federal commission report!! It’s a 250,000 loan.
Worst customer service. Call the company and the computer tells you that your social security number is wrong. Or your zip code is not correct. Can’t get past that to even begin to speak with anyone on the phone.
