This is the worst decision I have ever made. The company has taken money claiming to have paid my taxes, I am disabled and I no longer have to pay taxes. Yet money is continuously being withdrawn from my account, I went to the tax assessor's office to find out why I'm paying taxes if I am submitting my paperwork for the exemptions and they go to the computer and show me where the money is being sent back to the company, but I HAVE SEEN ANY OF THAT MONEY NOR HAVE I seen proof of it in my escrow account. How is it possible for this company to have ***rating of A+ with all the negative reviews? LoanCare is run by incompetent clowns who can't produce acorrect Form *****They misreported my property tax payment and incorrectly calculated my escrow payments. They need to be investigated and shut down.
We have had multiple complaints we have voiced to this company but also to the State we live in. We are seeking a refinance and they will not give us a payoff. There have been multiple requests for payoff from the Title Co and from ourselves.
Horrible Customer service / Lots of lips service they do not Care about the customer / keep adding on more fees.
Worst Loan company I have ever dealt with related to paying taxes and getting them paid on time. No one will address your call keep putting you off saying still open ticket. This is crazy had to pay my own home taxes last year due to incompetence staff in the tax office. also called over 10 days and no one answered the phone 2 months ago.
Very Poor Service. They SPAM emails. They do not respond to complaints.
Terrible customer service. I have been mislead and provided with inaccurate information. Would be nice if I had a say in who purchases my loans, as I would never have picked this company. Also, feel that if customers had more say in who owned the loan the service team with the company might care a little more about their customer.
I've become a victim of their recent cyber attack and they can't even answer calls. I received an email from "loancare" stating that I am eligible for a federal mortgage assistance plan and that my payments would be lowered by 30% for 3 months. I spoke with "Jason ***" and he did have a lot of my personal information but not my exact loan information. I hate being scammed and I hate feeling unsafe about my mortgage. I did not sign anything with them but I'm sure I'm not that last person this has happened to.
This company no longer answers the phone and if you try to email it has to pertain to specific drop down options that all require documentation. They take several days to take payments out. They have zero customer service. Took out a double payment and no one would pick up.
