Worst bank to ever have my mortgage through. House burned down 5 months ago, they have my insurance check, each person I talked to gave me different answers, pending review right now in the corporate office says it’ll take 10 days today has been 14 and I’ve gotten no answers. This place needs shut down.
Won't stop harassing me stating I have no homeowners insurance. I've provided proof and been told it was received multiple times. Garbage company that doesn't deserve to be in business
LoanCare, LLC is a complete garbage company. We have sent in extra payments labeled "principal only" for months and months. The continuously place our money in a suspense account and hold it until we call in. We have to call every single month and have it disputed. The cash department tells us that this is how the system is set up and can't be changed. This is unacceptable and needs to be changed. We are paying off our mortgage early just to get rid of this crooked company.
Terrible. I have paid my mortgage on time for years. We had a tornado come through and LoanCare holds the funds and demands paperwork from the insurance company that is not customary. My insurance stated that over **K claims, they never dealt with such a difficult company. Meanwhile, my funds sit in their account and my house stays in pieces.

LoanCare, LLC probably has the distinct honor of gathering the most incompetent (or evil) group of people ever assembled to form a company. They seem completely incapable of depositing a loan payment, even when mailed at least a week or more early, and yet they never have a problem charging a $**-dollar late fee for THEIR incompetence. Loancare is the worst lender we have had. They didn’t pay our property taxes the entire time we were serviced with them. This error caused penalties and late fees that we had to cover to prevent foreclosure. We have been trying to recover our funds but Loancare refuses to pay us the money that is owed to us!
We asked for a modification on our loan. They sent us paperwork that had to be notarized. The notary filled out the information to their understanding. We sent the paperwork package back, and 5 times Loancare sent it back to us because the notary made a mistake. The multiple notaries we used said they have never seen such a confusing form to fill out. Just calling in was torture. the hold "music" is a looped attack on people who have a debt. I just have a question. and after 15 min, the phone call just hung up? I guess these people suck?
Worst company ever. If I could go back in time and never sign that line I would. My mortgage has gone up $*** in two years. They had zero options for me coming out of forbearance during Covid. They were forced to find me an option and it is not affordable. It feels like they are trying to take my home.
