They should be closed down!!! They have taken my payments and not as applied them to my mortgage. I understand that many ****** customers have the same issue. I have been assured 8 times in the last 40 days that the payment will be corrected. Still not fixed. I cannot get anyone from management to return a phone call. I've held for over an hour but the line goes dead.
Absolutely terrible, unable to reach them, transferred to multiple people who have no idea what they are doing! Sitting on phone listening to staff discuss how to do something while they laugh. Unable to get on website today to make a payment, or do it over the phone. I have been paying my mortgage for 20 years with no problems, until this transfer. Received conflicting correspondence, and threatened with foreclosure. I will be fighting their incompetence to the end! Good luck to others dealing with them.
I've been on hold for over 2 hours as my payment was misapplied. This is the second time I've had to hold and extremely long hold waits both times.
Awful company!! They must have had policy change this spring that they did not notify me about, Apparently now they only accept one payment a month and I had been making half payments every two weeks. The representative that I FINALLY got a hold of could not tell me when this new policy went into effect, "Just recently, I don't have the exact date". This company is ridiculous. I would love to be able to refinance with another bank. My loan company, ******* filed for chapter 11. My loan was purchased, taken over (however you phrase it) by this company. There statements are a pain to read. You can't get a simple # by looking at the statement. There customer service is ok once you get to them after spending 10 minutes trying to get passed *** automated service. This place is HORRIBLE!! I also wish we could leave a no star comment! Have been trying MULTIPLE times to make payments on line and by telephone. We are told payment is processed only to have the code: BAD CHECK REVERSAL when we check our payment history on line. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
This company is beyond awful. They take over 40 minutes to answer the phone and the people that work there are literally slow. I hate that I have to deal with them. Not sure how they are still in business. Very incompetent.
I have never given a negative online review , but am so sick of the horrible customer service at this company that I am taking time to do it on my day off . The customer service is beyond horrible . Hour plus wait times to speak with anyone , routine disconnects, automated service doesn't work, online paying doesn't work and they charge ridiculously high fees to deal with all of it . I am so angry at my lender for selling our loan to this company .
Worst customer service ever. Call back numbers given,never once returned. They seem totally inept except when buying or transferring loans to themselves. After they have your you would be lucky if your great,great grandchildren here from them for any reason. I am sure of 1 item though.If you miss a payment I'm sure mailings and threats would be immediately forthcoming.
