This company is beyond awful. They take over 40 minutes to answer the phone and the people that work there are literally slow. I hate that I have to deal with them. Not sure how they are still in business. Very incompetent.
I have never given a negative online review , but am so sick of the horrible customer service at this company that I am taking time to do it on my day off . The customer service is beyond horrible . Hour plus wait times to speak with anyone , routine disconnects, automated service doesn't work, online paying doesn't work and they charge ridiculously high fees to deal with all of it . I am so angry at my lender for selling our loan to this company .
Worst customer service ever. Call back numbers given,never once returned. They seem totally inept except when buying or transferring loans to themselves. After they have your you would be lucky if your great,great grandchildren here from them for any reason. I am sure of 1 item though.If you miss a payment I'm sure mailings and threats would be immediately forthcoming.
This is absolutely the worst loan company ever. Can I give negative stars? I don't even know where to begin with how horrible their customer service, policies, procedures, and knowledge of finances are, but here goes. They had a policy change this spring that they did not notify me about, where they now only accept one payment a month. Early In month of June, i phoned early to Lakeview to request my June mortgage payment come out after my SS hit on the 12th of month. Had unforeseen first of month obligations. Girl said okay. I phoned on 15 June since payment, an auto debit, never hit my checking Second girl said i could make my June payment on phone with her. I said okay. She did and it hit my checking on 17th of June. This is the most wretched mortgage company I have ever dealt with, and we've had our mortgages sold multiple times. They sent me a letter dated June 20th saying my insurance had been cancelled (it hadn't), and they were threatening to force place their ridiculously expensive insurance. The kicker: They didn't even mail the check yet to my insurance until June 21st! We pay our mortgage early and have never been late. Last month they applied our payment to principal and have been told numerous times it was getting reversed to be applied correctly. Story after story from this company and it still hasn't been done. They are either totally incompetent or they just keep giving us the same lie on purpose. They are a terrible company who does not believe in customer support.
This the worst company do deal withI wouldn't recommend them to anyone they can't get out of their own way and can't seem to process a request to credit a duplicate payment and send me a check may need to contact an attorney to sue them as they are creating a financial hardship by keeping my money when they promised to release a check. If I have to call an attorney I will seek damages on top of the refund request. Leave it to our government to allow them to assume loans and stay in business.
Wish there was a ZERO star selection! Run for your life if your loan is transferred here! The entire company needs training on how to do proper business. Horrible experience. Lost my husband to brain cancer in the fall of 2018. Took numerous phone calls to get this loan transferred into my name. Still not completed. I pray it get transferred to someone else soon!!!
