This company is terrible! The company took out two payments in one month. I am on a fixed income and have no money for other bills or groceries. When contacted about the problem, the service agent said it would take seven to ten days before one of two payments was returned to my bank. No apologies. If you can take my money in one day, you can damn well return it in one day. I am looking for another loan company right now, bank or other source. Do not do business with this company. The government needs to step in a take over for these *********** Every month when I need to make my payment I have to call them. Their website always is having problems!!! When you call they are rude as ****. I always feel like I'm dealing with ***** from out of the *************
Just got switched to Loancare LLC, and already issues. Called the phone # and no way to talk to a live person. Welcome packet came with no payment coupon to mail in, and no way to pay online because its not set up yet as the transfer has not completed yet but old servicer says transfer has completed.
The worst company my morgage was transferred to this STUPID loan care. Sent my payment through online. Nine days later saying they didn't receive my payment. On the phone with my bank to send a copy of the check for proof Loan care morgage need to close down and let competent people take over my mortgage.
Horrible customer service. My loan was just transferred to Loancare. When I try to register and log in to the website to pay I cannot. I keep on getting an error. On the phone, after a tortuously long series of menu steps and messages, for 30+ minutes, on hold and speaking to people who have no answers, eventually telling me to wait 5-7 business days and try again. No, I will not receive an email to advise me of their progress resolving the situation. Pathetic. And no one to turn to.
My first experience with them has been less than enchanted. I rec'd mail at the end of August 2019 advising my loan was being transferred. I made the payment on 8/30/19 for due date of 9/1/19 to the old provider because I did not even have info on Loan Care in the mail until around 9/4/19. Well, the old lender/Quicken did not accept payment although there is usually a 30-90 day grace period where lenders are suppose to work together. If I could give a minus 10 star rating, I would. Unfortunately my loan was sold to these ****** almost 3 years ago. This July I received a letter from them stating the property address on my insurance policy did not match the one in their records. Apparently my loan documents show my street ending in CT and my insurance policy shows Court. Now that is a hard one to figure out, and it took you almost 3 years to find this little minute discrepancy nugget??? If I could leave zero stars, I would. Horrible service regarding my account! LoanCare authorized a payment a week before my loan was transferred to a new payment processing center and refuses to apply my payment. The last letter sent stated the date inwhich they will stop accepting payments and mine was sent prior to this date. I spoke with ******** & ***** both, who both confirmed that my payment was authorized 1 week prior to transfer but could not apply the payment.
