I have called several times get nothing but recordings... when i did reach a rep it no greeting and all she said a bit rude was "can I help you" uh ok... the whole issue was THEY PAID A HUGE AMOUNT of escrow flood insurance to the wrong provider ( I had terminated the policy) and had called days before to the insurance dept (they pick up usually) and told them the new policy number and I would call them to activate it ( I had 45 days) so they paid on the 16th a policy that expired on the 31st? they did call the company and b... read more
This company needs to be investigated. Last month my loan was transferred from ****** to Loancare. I have been trying for over a week to reach someone here to make a payment. I have been on hold for over two hours at a time with no answer ever. The hold music refers to their website for making payments but I can't get to a live person to tell me what my account number is with Loancare to sign in to the site. My loan got transferred and I have called everyday for a month to get my account number to pay my payment and been on hold just today over 6 hours. This company is horrible. I have called my attorney to see if I can't get a transfer. Then got a collection department letter bc no payment was made April 1. How can you pay with no account set up yet.
My mortgage was sold to loancare, I did not seek them out to carry my mortgage. After my home burnt my insurance company promptly released the funds for the rebuild to myself and loancare. I am ******* out of pocket working on the rebuild as they are holding the insurance money hostage. If you have a choice I would recommend staying away.
My previous mortgage company transferred my loan to Loancare and they failed to pay my home owners insurance, I called 2 and 3 times a day for 2 weeks to just find my self on a waiting calling list up to 1.25 hours and never able to speak to anyone. horrible company.
Tried to call about my bank transferring my mortgage to LoanCareLLC and was on hold for two hours. My loan payment was due on the first of this month yet they haven't even mailed me any information. They say they will be mailing something soon? Who handles customers this way.

Pathetic service..pathetic customer service. We've submitted our payments on time. Our escrow is in good standing. They haven't paid our property taxes which our now 4 months past due. We received a notice from the County that our house will be up for tax sale due to lack of payment.
