The worst customer service I have ever had. My loan got sold to them in August and they are saying they didn't receive my August payment which was made electronically. First customer service rep says to email payment dispute department a bank statement for proof of payment and I will get a reply email with case number. I do this and get no reply email. This is a sick company. I can't believe the way they do business. Who runs this company - it can't be an American. My original mortgage was sold to them without my OK and now I'm stuck. All they do is send warning messages but don't help the customers at all setting up payments. They must hire uneducated part time help. The conversations with the help are not helpful at all. I am surprised they're still in business.
This is the most horrible mortgage service I have ever had. My loan was transferred to them, so I have no choice but to refinance to get rid of them. The bank transferred all of my escrow info to them and they neglected to pay my mid year taxes. I have called them 4 times to get it straighten out, each time being told that it was in process and could be completed within the week. OMG ! I'm very scare now is this a real company or scammers we are talking about my home here I called them so they could send me a mortgage statement stating my mortgage balance and payment and have not received anything should I keep sending them money? I don't know what to do ...
Cant believe they have not been shut down, my mortgage was transferred to them, they didnt pay my homeowners from their escrow, I paid myself,they will not refund me the cost of the premium even though it was transferred to them with the premium already collected in the account
Absolute nightmare of a mortgage company. My original mortgage was sold about 3 times in the first 90 days, ended up with this terrible terrible terrible company. None of their departments know what each other is doing. They say different things each time you finally get someone on the phone. They do everything they can to screw up your account, to accrue late fees and charges to pay your mortgage by phone or cashiers check or personal check or online. This is an absolute nightmare. One star is too many. This company is nothing short of Thieves! Since being transferred to them they have withdrawn 3 payments in less then one month. When I call they give me invalid reasons why they can't return the funds and/or say they will reverse them but it will take up to 14 days. After 14 days nothing. I received a letter from my homeowners' insurance stating that the policy had been cancelled due to non-payment. After verifying that payment was indeed supposed to come from the mortgage company, in this case, Loan Care, I called to see what the issue was. I was told they "got the policy late, and were working on it" on Friday. Monday, I got a message that that Loan Care would be purchasing "hazard insurance" on my behalf because my insurance policy was expired. I would leave 0 stars if I could. My one star shall be awarded to the many, many customer service reps I have spoke to in the call center. They were very helpful. Not a sliver of that gold star is awarded to the cold email reply I got from "Customer Support" who titled their email to "donotreply" because obviously that seems like someones actual name.
