Customer service is non existent. It is almost impossible to get them to follow up on my issue. Who can I call to put a fire under this company so I get a response on my issue. I have emailed their customer service dept and no response. Please advise any executive that is interested in helping a customer. Frustrated
What a bunch of liars. I requested a check with my name on it after they mailed me a dispersment on an insurance claim with someone elses name on it. They cancelled the check and told me after 14 days that another check with my name was mailed out to me overnight as a courtesy when it should have only taken 7-10 days. On hold for over 2 hours. I called to inquire about them increasing my mortgage payment with no notification whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable. The most unethical practice I've ever seen.
This has to be the worst mortgage servicing center in the whole **** I lost my job several months back and have had to file for loss mitigation. I filled out all the paperwork and sent in tons of documentation and here I am ***** past due because they will not move my loss mitigation forward, I have provided any and all documentation that I possibly can but this and that are always wrong. Loan Care needs to be audited by every regulatory board in the US. They have a one star review with ***** **** and every online portal I can find. They have had ***** payment made on 2/5/2019 that they did not forward to************* Inc which is my current loan company, nor did they return. After over 30 hours on hold and dealing with over many ******** service (misnomer) agents, they have sent template responses. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever delt with especially considering the large amount of money I've given them. Absolutely horrible company, avoid them at all costs.
I made an on time payment for my mortgage and they are now saying they did not receive it. I must have put the wrong loan number on the check however they cashed the check made out to them. Now I have to go to the bank and get a copy of the check they cashed to prove a made an on time payment. They should not be servicing loans. No stars on my behalf
If I could give a negative star, I would. LoanCare sent an incorrect deed release to my county clerk over a year ago and has yet to send a correct one. I have been trying to sell my house and the closing has been delayed over and over because they haven't sent the correct deed release. I have probably spent over 20 hours on hold with customer support just within the past few weeks, waiting to talk to a human being. This company should not be allowed to be in business. Do not use them, if you're reading this then hopefully you've read the hundreds of other nightmares people have had.
