I just had an issue with my escrow account with LoanCare and I tried to try to restructure my loan. They started to add all my payments toward escrow and none toward my actually loan so which made get into foreclosure proceeding. They did not try to help me at all. LoanCare dont work with you. I sent all the required information to try to have my payments restructure. NO help there. Loan Care made me pay over *** to keep my house. I will never use this company when I have a chance to refinance

I'm 100% tax exempt and I've been trying for 2 months to get my mortgage adjusted my name I'm very dissatisfied different people telling me different things

I had done a refinance on my property through a ******* ****** whom works with LoanCare to service the loans on 02/22/2019. I was told several times (including in writing) that I would not be charged a payment for the month of March. March 1st came and I was charged the ****** for my mortgage. I called the customer service department and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes explained the problem, assuming it would just get reversed. My bill pay through bank would send check on the first of month but for the last year I received late payment fee because they claim to not receive payment until 16-17th of month. So basically they are purposely holding paper payments to get late fees. I sent a paper check myself certified mail and they received it in a couple of days. They are playing games. Horrible company. Bad costumer service. They say my payments have been lost in the mail but have no problem trying to cash my cancelled checks the same day or days after I send them a new one. The first year they had my account they didn't apply a single payment I sent and I found out about it when my taxes weren't paid via my escrow account. My mortgage loan was quickly sold to LoanCare from another company. Twice in three months LoanCare has withdrawn my payment from my account, did not apply it to my loan, then when I called blamed me for the issue. Both times they eventually realized it was some sort of system glitch. Neither time did they apologize and both times they were exceptionally rude.

Spent all morning trying to log into my online account so I can make a payment, changed my password twice, still locked out. Downloaded the mobile app, same thing. I made the dreaded call, waited about 20 minutes. Customer Service lady's name is *******, at first she was very mean toward me, she got a little nicer as the call rolled on. She informed me that we can no longer make payments online or on the mobile app, and that if we call in to make a payment there will be a *** dollar processing fee. ******* business practices. ****** Accounting. Inept Agents. This is not a mortgage company this is an investment company ********** the ***** through invalid foreclosures. Every year before the final quarter they try to foreclose on as many loans as possible even by not applying money to loans. This is a scam company and a fraud. It should be shut down.
