refused to accept my declarations page, **** to my insurance company and never paid them.... sometimes when I would call and tell them that their automated system will not put me through because it keeps telling me my social security number is incorrect, they just said "oh...well ok is there anything else I can do?" Avoid this company if you can. After sending in funds to payoff my mortgage, they took another payment from my checking account. They told me despite paying it off, it was my fault for not cancelling the auto draft. Why would I need to cancel an auto draft when full payment was made? To date, i still don't have my refund. After being on hold for an hour, I was told I'd get my refund. After not receiving it, I called again, and they had no record of a refund being issued. Horrible company!! LoanCare, LLC took over the servicing of our ********** mortgage loan from our previous lender, throughout their correspondence they listed the wrong loan account number including in the temporary ******** We reference the loan number provided to us on our payment and of course it was incorrectly applied to someone else's loan. Called ******** service, supervisors, etc...almost a month later and LoanCare, LLC still has not properly applied our payment. Keep getting the run around to give them a few days... read more
This company is horrible. Terrible ******** service. On hold for hours. Refuse to correct my mortgage increase after notified from Township of lowering in property taxes. My township is in shock of the stupidity. I filed a complaint with my state banking authority. I suggest everyone do the same. ***** ******** for the state and you will be directed on how to file a banking complaint.

This is the absolute worst Mortgage company! My loan was sold to them and then I had some financial issues. They were supposed to help me get a lower rate if I filled out paperwork showing my loss of income. It was a huge hassle and ******** support was terrible. I have had a mortgage loan with this company since December 2017, when BOA sold my loan to them. I have tried repeatedly to get them to escrow my homeowners insurance (my homeowners insurance was part of escrow before ******** LoanCare took over the loan). They falsely state escrow account not covering insurance costs and they are raising the monthly payment amounts in each and every complaint. Their canned response is basically another coverup.
