TERRIBLE!! I received notice that my loan was sold and as a result I had an escrow refund. I called the number on the LoanCare notice and the number was invalid. After making several calls to other offices, I was told I could only receive MY MONEY if I emailed the person on the notice. I tried to email that person but the email was invalid. zero stars. company is unresponsive to complaints and financially punishes customers for their errors. The latest manipulations against the consumer seems to be limiting options to make payments. Agree with other who say they should be investigated, the A+ rating sounds WRONG when they have a 1.06 out of 5 on over *** ******** ******. *** *** *** *******

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in my life. I’m a disabled veteran currently under a VA loan. My AC unit went out in May/June of last summer and I had to pay a huge deductible to have it replaced. I contacted Loancare LLC the following month to request some assistance. I’d never requested any assistance or been late on a payment prior to the request. I was told at that time that I would have to be no less than two months late before they would be able to assist me. Worst experience with a mortgage company ever!!! The insurance department is so unprofessional and uneducated. Made changes to my insurance and they refused to acknowledge these changes or make the changes on my escrow account. They refused to remove a wind policy even after 2 weeks I cancelled it. They continued to charge me an extra $***/mth for a policy that has been cancelled! I’m diligently working on getting rid of this company altogether. They are money hungry and fraudulent!

I have been with Loan Care or ******** Loan Servicing LLC. since May 4, 2021 and I have never been 30 days late with this mortgage company. One month I decided to make a payment online because I was reviewing my account details. When I made my payment online and selected the account number from which to process my payment and selected "Submit" something happened in the process. This is the worst decision I have ever made. The company has taken money claiming to have paid my taxes, I am disabled and I no longer have to pay taxes. Yet money is continuously being withdrawn from my account, I went to the tax assessor's office to find out why I'm paying taxes if I am submitting my paperwork for the exemptions and they go to the computer and show me where the money is being sent back to the company, but I HAVE SEEN ANY OF THAT MONEY NOR HAVE I seen proof of it in my escrow account. How is it possible for this company to have ***rating of A+ with all the negative reviews? LoanCare is run by incompetent clowns who can't produce acorrect Form *****They misreported my property tax payment and incorrectly calculated my escrow payments. They need to be investigated and shut down.

We have had multiple complaints we have voiced to this company but also to the State we live in. We are seeking a refinance and they will not give us a payoff. There have been multiple requests for payoff from the Title Co and from ourselves.
