I have tried to make a payment today. Unfortunately due to legal reason I’m out of work and could only afford 1 month payment even though I’m two months behind. In a matter of an hour I was told that I need to make the two months payment at once to get a “repayment plan” and after 1 hour, 1 HOUR, my wife calls and the next person tells her that I’m not allowed to make a payment and that she can make a single month payment and do the loan modification. We have worked with these people for going on four years and have had noth... read more

Horrible experience. Every time i get on track BOOM!! Oh theres an escrow shortage in your account, your payments gonna go up. Went from 871 in 2014 to 1436 in 2022. Was paying 1314 in march so i decided to make an extra 80 dollars per month to the principal now that im getting my VA benefits and 2 months later the payment goes up to 1436 due to another escrow shortage. Seems like they move numbers to benefit them. Dont believe the "great company" robo reviews. Working on credit score to get the heck away from loancare.

If I could give them negative amount of starts. I would. Stay away from this company. We got sold to them by someone else. BEWARE!
After years of saving made a large payment to reduce mortgage and they say it’s takes 2 months to process. 2 months while they continue to take the larger monthly payment while they have the money.

This is an extremely bad company to have a loan with. They will give you bad information then blame you for “not doing enough research on your own”. This misinformation cost us thousands. Also they did not put our home owners payment into our escrow account then not only tried to make us pay MORE back, after admitting THEIR mistake but also told us that we should have caught it. You can call them with a question four times and get four different answers. They have messed us up twice (once badly) and blamed us both times. The... read more

If I could rate the company a zero, I would! During COVID, Loancare presented a deferment program that paused your mortgage payments until you are financially stable. The first issue I have with this is that the program didn't require acknowledgement from all parties on the loan. After the deferment period, I was sent a letter stating I would need to pay ***** to bring my loan current by May 18. I paid *****on May 17. This amount included all the previously owed months PLUS the month of May. I was told that my next regular p... read more

Don't trust this corporation to play fair good luck with an attorney, they count on people not being able to afford fighting this monstrosity of a nightmare that will bully their way into your homes without ever being asked, they will lie, they won't even act like they know what socialsupport is, so please, don't be like me and fall for it. Hold them accountable to qualified written requests. These people are literally the lowest scum of human on earth and all should be ashamed of themselves for being involved with this disg... read more

Had to do a mortgage assistance application due to loss of income from COVID-19 was out of work for 4 months and I sent proof of that and proof of my job not compensation for COVID-19 anymore. After sending in all paperwork requested, I was given the run around and was told they were waiting for the under writers and their attorney. From July to December, I was being told the same thing. The whole time I asked if I could pay to at least bring balance down and I was told that I didn't have to make a payment during the applica... read more
