Worst company I ever dealt with in my life- wish someone can take an action against them and sue them. They have been stealing my money while making trail payments for 2 years during the loan modification period. My loan went up from **** ** *** and there is no proof where is the money they have been withdrawing from my account. I already contacted my ***** *******and need assistance how to proceed further with that case against loan care LLC.

I just got done talking to a rep on the phone, think they can outsmart you!!! Try making a payment on last Monday on the Aug. 7, 2023 online, I couldn't make the payment online, their website is always down when you trying to make a payment on time, is like it is done intentionally to get more money then what they have too, well sent out a check because it only takes at least 2 days to get there. My bank recently transferred my loan to this company. It took them over a month to post my first payment and during that time they sent me letters stating my payment was overdue. The first letter had one address to mail payments, bill stub had a different address, but when I called they gave me a third difference address. Now received a letter stating I don’t have insurance which I do, and they will buy me insurance called phone number on paper but can’t get anyone on the phone.

We have changed our bank account multiple times both through the portal and through the toll free number . This is month 4 they have billed the incorrect account then stuck us with late fees. They keep saying it is our fault - and refuse to refer to our account notes to see how many times we called to resolve this billing matter . We are having to file an official complaint with ******* ******** They need an ethics investigation.

Customer service is awful and nobody seems to be able to provide a clear answer. Somehow after paying on a $65,000 loan for 12 years I owe $90,000 on my house. Help!!

Ever since my refi and got sold I've never had a single good excuse. I HATE this company. They take 2 weeks to post my payment sometimes. I've gotten late fees I shouldn't have. It's been a year and since my credit went bad because of late payments I can't refi. My insurance hits LoanCare up for payment from my escrow and then they don't pay. I have too much in my escrow now. Insurance got dropped, and I get emails from them about buying their insurance! There's got to be someone illegal about that....but, for now I'm buying... read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Everything is automated. You can’t speak to ANYONE who knows ANYTHING. It’s all call center that transfer you to an automated system. You can’t get anything solved. They deny every request you submit. I can’t wait to get out from LOANCARE

This company is so hard to deal with all I want to do is apply for a loan modification and I get the run around. I also had to file chapter 13 bankruptcy. I paid my monthly mortgage payments plus my bankruptcy fee and they sent out that I was paying my mortgage which I did and have proof it came out of my checking account and put me in debt for almost ****** dollars. Nobody has any answers and they also took my escrow out without even a written request..

LoanCare increased my mortgage from $*** per month (what it was for 3 years) to $***** per month and claimed my taxes went up. Turns out they are paying taxes on a different property, leaving my taxes unpaid, yet demanding over $***** more in monthly mortgage payments. LoanCare refuses to offer an email address to document correspondence, the only way to contact them is through a phone tree that takes 30 min to get to a live person.
