Every customer service representative I speak to gives me a different answer. This is a very scary situation. I'm in danger of losing my home and they're giving me the run around. I was on the phone for two hours and spoke to three different people each one giving me a different response. All the while each representative being rude and condescending! Every representative I speak to tells me I owe a different amount. This is insane! I need immediate help!

INCOMPETENT COMPANY! They keep charging us for hazard insurance they bought on our behalf even though we are covered though insurance of our choice. The insurance department has documentation of our coverage good through next year, and it is posted on the records and yet, Loan Care won't post our mortgage payment because they say it is short by the amount of the hazard insurance. They have been harassing me for 2 years! My credit union sold my mortgage to them and it’s been a nightmare!!! Horrible company.
Terrible to work with. Applied for a loan modification over a year ago and received emails that it was approved. Statements continue to show I am in default and owe over $******. When I call in I'm told to disregard statements and that my account is in final closing status. This has been going on for eleven months. I cannot believe how poorly Loancare communicates between different departments . They have messed up my escrow for almost a year and cannot make adjustments and correct mortgage payments. The insurance team cannot see payment information and I am yet to have a resolution. When I am told it will be resolved in 5 days, it is not. I had a horrible experience speaking to Peter yesterday. This is my sisters loan- (she passed away in March). I am the personal representative. Peter was extremely rude and condescending. I was told her was the supervisor. I am just trying to get the estate straight and having the hardest time getting answers from this company! I did however speak to Mada today in the collections department and she was friendly and helpful, but yesterday made me so frustrated and hurt!

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. EVER. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They took over my loan and failed to provide me with the necessary information. Then they hit my credit and I spent hours trying to reach any representative mostly to got attitude, hung up on, or confusion. They will lock you out from making payments on their site which is already a hassle to even sign into in the first place… after you call to Pay wait on hold for hours then pay extra to pay by phone plus now it’s late so another fee … They bought my loan and it had no interest left because it was a fixed interest va loan…so they take nefarious actions to make a little money once you get sick of it theyll say you’re behind and we won’t accept your money unless your pay double… lol I sold my home and title company needed Lawers... read more

Horrible Service. They paid my homeowners insurance last year and the check was never cashed. They cancelled the check three months later and never said anything to me. Their payment history site STILL shows that the payment was made but no reference that it was refunded back to my account. I had no insurance for a year and wasn't aware and neither were they until this year when the polity would have expired.
