I wish I didn’t even have to give one star. These people have ruined my life!! I closed on a home in 2021!!! They were wired funds to close the loan from the closing attorney’s bank. They were supposed to pay 6k to HUD because it was a FHA loan. Here we are in 2023 and they still have not paid HUD and they won’t reimburse me. No one can tell me where my money went or pay HUD. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Our loan got bought by this awful company and it has been a nightmare dealing with them. Due to the pandemic, my husband and I struggled to get new jobs; however, since that part normalized for both of us, we had been trying to make additional payments on top of our monthly mortgage. They had refused to receive anything but a full additional payment, so now we are two payments behind. They are rude and it takes up to three calls to get a supervisor every single time. This company stole my money. Transferred my loan and kept the payments I had prepaid. I have been attempting to recoup funds for the past year. Multiple **excuses "funds were posted too late fees". How did I have ANY late fees, when I paid ahead and funds were unapplied? Repeat my story over and over again to incompetent customer service reps, who repeatedly claim someone is looking into this, you have a case manager... **. A class action lawsuit needs to be put on this company. THIEVES. ZERO STARS

I don’t have any contract signed with this company and they drop my credit score for non payment
THIEVES!!! Worst mortgage company in the country. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! My wife and I both have credit scores in the mid 800s and have never missed or have been late with a payment. During Hurricane Ian we sustained about $40,000 in damages to our home. Our insurance company issued a check within a few days to help us repair our home. I have my previous loan with them tried doing a cash out. They stated my home had to be rented prior and they could help. After the home was rented they told me I made too much and could not get the loan. Then they came back and said I had to reserve 6 months before the loan can be approved. All this happen after I received the you are approved we just need to get the home appraisal to make sure is of value. Yes I had to dis out money then they told me NO the home is well above the asking amount

If I could do zero stars I would. Covid hit us hard and I did everything I was supposed to. I applied for assistance April, informed the company and requested a forbearance and turned all the paperwork in. They kept sending me stuff saying I needed to turn the SAME paperwork in and whenever I called the representative would "find" the paperwork already uploaded and send it to a supervisor stating I didn't need to send anything in.
