Loan Care is the absolute worst loan company I have ever dealt with in my life. They should NOT be allowed to buy mortgages from other lenders period! They purchased my loan in Oct and on my fixed 30yr mortgage they doubled everything.. my interest rate my payment and even how much I bought the house for! It took 2 months just to get some of that fixed. They also have done 2 escrow account analysis and sent me a refund check that I never should have got and now after paying back what was need they show me as a negative amoun... read more

LoanCare was the worst financial institution I ever dealt with. They can NOT add, subtract, multiply, or divide. I sent a payment with a principal only payment included that was "so close to a regular payment" that this is what LoanCare staff did with said principal payment. It only took this company 4 months to completely mess-up the esgrow, principal only, and the flood insurance for my mortgage. Worst mortgage company in the United States. I feel this loan servicer scams mortgage consumers (homeowners), by applying unknown fees and charges to my monthly mortgage statements. They will not offer mortgage assistance with Modifications and/or Forbearances that are related to Covid-19. I am disgusted with this shady Loan Servicer.
I have been trying to pay my mortgage online for the past 3 days now! The site doesn’t even load! I am currently traveling ans not able to call. I had to Google an email to customer service but after sending the email I have received an automated response that email address is not monitored and to use another email. Terrible. Paid my mortgage, got an email confirmation that my payment had been maid, then got a notice 30 day later saying it was late! affected my credit immensely and now have a 30 day late payment history. Not very happy they never actually tried to withdraw my payment and just wanted the extra fees.

Ridiculus...agent not able to solve problem on phone and asking me to write letters. So that they can repsond with reasons which don't even apply to my loan account. Run away from this company

Loancare will not respond to me about assumption paperwork I had to submit by snail mail back in July 2022. My ex would like to be off the loan, ya know?!

Honestly I almost feel like I am being scammed. I applied for mortgage assistance & was denied. While going through the 30 day decision process for mortgage assistance I was told I couldn't make a payment. Every time I call there's a new amount that is owed (literally being told something different every time). I've had 1 customer representative have an attitude with me & hang up in my face.
